The Job

You will be involved in :

• Planning, organising and tracking of project schedule 
• Liaising with Art, Animation, Design, Development and Production teams to make sure projects are running smoothly and delivered on time 
• Supporting the project teams in the casting of talents for projects
• Consolidating and organising meeting/communication notes, feedback and project-related content/assets 
• Drafting proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients
• Conducting research work to assist in projects or ideation of creative proposals

The Profile

• You have a Degree/Diploma in Business, Design, preferably with Animation or Illustration experience or equivalent
• Being from a media background in design, multimedia or film would be an added advantage 
• You are a strong team player with good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• You demonstrate a willingness to learn and are meticulous and responsible
• You are able to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
