The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Project Coordination / Collaborate with various stakeholders such as project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure that scaffolding needs are met according to project schedules and requirements
• Manage workers / Coordinate the work of scaffolders, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Maintain detailed records of scaffolding activities, including installation, inspection, maintenance, and removal and ensure proper documentation
• Involved in managing the inventory of scaffolding materials and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Communicate with stakeholders via phone calls, emails or WhatsApp 
• Any other tasks as assigned

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
• You have working knowledge of scaffolding
• Diploma with relevant experience in scaffolding operations and safety management
• Self-Motivated, good leadership and management abilities
• Good interpersonal skills and proficient in both English and Mandarin due to communication required with Mandarin Speaking clients and workers
