The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting Evaluators through various channels.
  • Accessing networks for recruitment in Singapore.
  • Managing evaluators and revert to their queries within 1 business day.
  • Briefing, training, engaging & reactivating Evaluators.
  • Ensuring 100% completion of project & evaluations.
  • Adding required Evaluations on the job board, follow weekly calendar for assigning & scheduling Evaluations.
  • Assigning the shop to the appropriate Evaluators.
  • Constant and prompt communication (email or telephonic) with Evaluators.
  • Coordinating with Quality Control team in India & resolve disputed reports.
  • Coordinating and update Clients.
  • Reverting to Clients within 1 business day.
  • Working hand-in-hand with Operations Team in India to ensure proactive and prompt follow-up on client issues.
  • Participating in team and company meetings.
  • Supporting in ad-hoc reporting tasks.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
  • You are proficient with MS Office (esp. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and internet-savvy.
  • You have good interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal proficiency of English and able to handle local language speaking associates.
  • You demonstrate responsible, ethical and honest behavior in all tasks & responsibilities.
  • You are a problem solver: react quickly and appropriately to problems.
  • You can follow up in a timely manner.
  • You have can-do attitude.
