The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Manage the production department and ensure that productions run properly.
• Allocate resources accordingly.
• Train new and young production members

Ideal Candidate

• experienced in producing films or videos and have worked with other companies in this area.
• mature and keen to teach, train, and guide the new members on their productions.
• organized and passionate about managing logistics, crew costs, etc.
• able to multitask and handle different teams and projects at the same time
• interested in working from the office to manage the teams going outdoors or overseas
• able to write and speak well
