The Job

• 8 - 12 weeks immersive training program on PEGA Platform.
• Design Thinking based Business Analysis.
• This is a Permanent Role with supports employment Benefits from Day 1.
• Salary will be provided during training and you can expect a raise after completion of training.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree from Computer Science, Engineering or a STEM discipline.
• At least 1 - 2 years of work experience in an IT Business Analyst or a Developer role
• Interest in developing a career in PEGA based software development role
• Previous coding experience in .NET / Python / JAVA is highly desirable
• We are open to consider talents from other areas within Application Development i.e. .Net, IOS, Android, Front-End, React, Angular etc.
• Be flexible, willing to learn new process areas and take on different challenges to support the team
• Possess good interpersonal and written communications
• Possess good problem-solving skills.
