The Job

Our client a Biotech company with R&D, manufacturing and clinical lab operations in Singapore and other regions is seeking an incumbent who is strong in Payroll & HR Business Operations to join their expanding HR team and growing workforce.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer the full spectrum of HR services including recruitment and exit processes, performance management, employee relations, payroll, training and development as well as benefits and wellness programs
  • Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of confidential information in HRIS system
  • Administer and ensure compliance of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Administer and ensure timeline compliance for all statutory submissions
  • Assist & Administer the stakeholders in reviewing and implementing the HR policies and procedures in accordance to legal and statutory requirements
  • Assist & Administer the stakeholders in spearheading training projects identifying training initiatives and developmental programs for the respective teams to bridge the competency gaps.
  • Compensation & Benefit Analysis
  • Provide support to the hiring needs whenever possible.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects/ administrative tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

Skills & Qualifications

  • You should have strong payroll processing experience and end to end payroll processing.
  • A Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or its equivalent with at least three years of experience in HR Generalist functions and payroll
  • You should have good knowledge of MS Office skills like Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and experience using any HRIS/ERP system such as SAP Success factor.
  • You should be able to work independently and to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player who is energetic and results oriented.
  • You should have strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills
  • You are able to handle and embrace ambiguity and diversity with good organizational skills
