The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with merchants, affiliate networks, and cashback vendors.
- Deal Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end process of getting offers live — from contract agreement and content collection to final approval and launch.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring revenue targets and KPIs are met.
- Affiliate Network Management: Liaise with affiliate and cashback platforms to maximize deal inventory and optimize ROI.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they see sustained value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure partnership offers are successfully implemented and promoted.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, account management, or affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, cashback programs, or e-commerce deal structures.
- Experience in managing merchant onboarding processes and partnership lifecycles.
- Proficiency in performance tracking and commercial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
