The Job

Our client believe that swimming is not just a skill, but a life-saving ability that builds confidence, discipline, and joy. Our client is seeking passionate and responsible swimming instructors to join our growing team and inspire the next generation of swimmers.

As part of our coaching team, you will:

• Conduct engaging and safe swimming lessons for children, adults, or special needs learners
• Follow Swim2u’s structured curriculum and safety protocols
• Provide regular progress feedback to students and parents
• Manage class schedules and communicate effectively with the operations team
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and punctuality
• Classes may take place at public pools, private condominiums, or partner locations islandwide, depending on your availability and area preference.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about teaching and working with children or adults
• Friendly, reliable, and confident in leading classes independently or with support
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Flexible with scheduling (weekday afternoons, weekends preferred)
