The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control, safety and inventory as established and set by the management
• Enhance the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting
• Look for opportunities to streamline and centralize operational processes with a view to increase efficiency across the company
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company strategy and directions (including staff/OT claims, all outlets daily sales reporting and oversees event)
• Familiarize and improve on existing practices and procedures
• Maintain stocks of all outlets equipment, inventory, and tools of the trade
• Execute and setting up of new outlets
• Communicate with key company contractors
• Work with co-Data Protection Officer (co-DPO) to develop PDPA framework, policies, processes and standard operating procedures for the group; and handle Data Protection (DP) matters related to the customers’ portion
