The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Recommending/taking sales orders, replenishment of stocks in the retail outlet
• Build a good working relationship with the store & key personnel in Supermarket
• Executing distribution of listed products and the execution of sales and marketing programs to achieve monthly sales and category targets.
• Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to domestic market needs.
• Presenting products in-store and in windows in a way to attract customers and encourage sales.
• Providing regular reporting and feedback to management on performance and inventory flow.
• Conduct visits to Supermarkets, provide excellent service, and enhance good customer relationships/ rapport to secure orders for all products.
• Ensure all Smoof products are well merchandised with an adequate level of stocks at the home bay as well as displays.
• Liaise and coordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of products.
• Ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials, and pricing display at the right place and right promo window.
• Provide feedback on the sales performance of our product, store, display issues, and competitor's activities accordingly or any other updates.
• Liaise with supermarket staff for a strategic location of any pop-up booths/roadshows and supporting promoters during the event.
• Manage and provide documentation for store returns and trade deals.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• You have at least 1 year of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.
• You also have good experience as Merchandiser.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are willing to travel.
• Secondary education
• At least 1 year of working experience in Fairprice
• Required skill: Sales experience in the supermarket FMCG industry
• Friendly and sociable personality
• Able to work independently
