The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our spa and F&B services
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer trends and preferences
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and offline promotions
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, and print materials
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ marketing activities

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English preferred for dealing with Mandarin speaking customers, stakeholders and colleagues across the region
