The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the operation of the catering delivery & logistics department
• Ensure all routes of delivery drivers are well planned to achieve efficiency and on-time deliveries
• Arrange for ad-hoc drivers for daily delivery
• Follow up and ensure the kitchen delivers orders prior to delivery and accordingly schedule
• To be a backup to drivers for delivery when needed
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operation
• Ensure that vehicles are in good working condition and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of vehicle
• In charge of vehicles inspection, repair, and related matters
• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• You have proven work experience in a catering delivery service or similar role will be an advantage
• You possess Singapore Class 3 driving license
• You are able to lead the logistics team
• You are a team player with and flexible mindset
• You have the willingness to work on weekends/Public Holiday when needed
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
