The Job

Responsibilities

• Develop team skills to boost efficiency and meet targets
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and comply with regulations
• Manage drafting and storage of security documents with external support
• Review loan paperwork for compliance before disbursement
• Follow up with stakeholders to collect outstanding documents
• Monitor collateral insurance and ensure timely renewals
• Handle additional projects as assigned

Ideal Candidate

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in loan due diligence
• Familiarity with lending regulatory compliance is a plus
• Meticulous with careful attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork are crucial
