The Job
As a Junior Java Developer, you will
- Create information solutions and modules by developing, implementing and maintaining Java based components and interfaces
- Maintain existing prototypes and scripts
- Develop new applications that serve existing software systems / further develop current software
- Ensure technical designs are in compliance with specifications
- Design and implement unit & integration tests
- Provide code documentation and other inputs to technical documents
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Contribute to team meetings
The Profile
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 0-2 years' experience in coding using Java
- You are a strong team player
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
