The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling IT project administrative tasks.
• Monitoring and following up on project tasks.
• Setting up team meetings including with vendors.
• Maintaining good project documentation and meeting minutes.
• Assisting project managers in keeping track of project expenses.
• Helping project managers in procurement of equipment or services.
• Protecting the organization's confidential information.
• Adhering to Group Procedure and Policies.

Ideal Candidate

• You have a Diploma/degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/System Administration or equivalent.
• You are able to manage project schedules and timeline.
• You are proficient with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• You are energetic, able to multi-task and can move things forward.
• You have effective communication skills.
• Banking experience is advantageous.
