The Job

As a IT Intern you need to :

• Provide IT Support to office operations
• IT troubleshoot and respond to IT queries
• Perform software configuration on stand-alone computers and laptops
• Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security
• Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners 
• Handle other ad hoc IT and Infrastructure duties as assigned

The Profile

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in IT Network Systems & Security or equivalent
• Candidates who have a particular interest in the media industry in terms of Post-Production work would have an added advantage
• Proficient and comfortable using both Windows and Mac software
• Ability to troubleshoot IT problems independently
