We are looking to hire a Project Manager - Enterprise Applications / Workday who will be responsible to successfully deliver the agreed deliverables within the scope, time, cost and quality, accounting for both risks and benefits accrued, monitoring the project execution & implementations.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in business process due diligence, solution design, application design and configuration, and documentation of system requirements.
  • Translate business needs into solution requirements, initial design concepts, rational business and functional requirements and specifications for solutions.
  • Proactively review applications; make recommendations on products and/or modifications.
  • Plan and manage resources accordingly to ensure successful implementations.
  • Manage budgets and team schedules; Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Manage project budget and scope. Identify out of scope items and create change orders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before they are sent to the customer.
  • Coordinate & obtain project and test signoffs from respective stakeholders.
  • Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Manage 3rd party vendor(s) to deliver projects and change request based on business requirements.
  • Adhere to company project management policy and framework.
  • Work closely with internal support team and ensure compliance as per guidelines and policies.
  • Upward reporting of project status to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Guide PMO team members as/when necessary, on methodologies and project delivery expectations.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • University graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
  • Min 7-8 years of solid project management experience handling application projects.
  • Preferably with experience in handling Microsoft Power Platform or IT.
  • Enterprise Application systems such as Oracle Financials, Peoplesoft, SAP etc.
  • Relevant IT Center of Excellence (CoE) experience – either in Project or BAU support environment.
  • Strong people management and coordination work including processes, policies and documentations.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Fluent written in English & Mandarin / Cantonese in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Able to work within tight deadlines & work extended hours when necessary.
  • Manage, prioritize tasks and time efficiently.
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
