The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms.
• Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
• Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
• Interviewing candidates combines various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
• Coordinating with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.

Ideal Candidate

Skills required:

• You have proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
• You have hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured
• You have technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• You are familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• You have a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have a solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
• You possess BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant degree
