The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Support recruitment process, including interview arrangement, phone interviews, document collection for Singapore and Middle East candidates.
• Screening resumes and following up with the hiring manager for HC requirements.
• Handle the company hiring channel and explore more, liaise with the recruitment firm.
• Onboarding & Offboarding
• Support Payroll process for the Middle East branch
• Issuing of various employment letters.
• Employment Pass/ S Pass/ Dependent Pass application and Job Bank/LinkedIn JD postings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Manage the inventory procurement of office suppliers (stationery, pantry items etc).
• Receiving and forwarding calls.
• Liaise with building management to handle office daily operation matters.
• Calling for repairs maintaining equipment inventories.
• Assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 2 Years working experience hiring / Onboarding & Offboarding
• Communication, organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities
• Teamwork (ability willingness with all levels of the organization)
• Fluent in Chinese as need to liaise with China Branch
