The Job

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating immersive and visually stunning experiences for users that will shape the future of mobility. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and implementing 3D models, animations, and visualizations to support product development and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize design thinking techniques to develop optimal solutions for your products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of 3D design solutions at all stages, ensuring that they achieve the set objectives. 
• Creating 3D models, animations, and visualizations to support product development and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketers on product strategy, planning, and feature launches. Utilize design thinking techniques to develop optimal solutions for your products. 
• Presenting work in a range of mediums and fidelities throughout the design process. 
• Using data, research, and customer feedback to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements. 
• Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards. 
• Being comfortable changing elevations quickly, from high-level critical thinking to evaluating research, interaction, and visual design execution.

Ideal Candidate

• You are capable of comprehending complex business problems and establishing short, medium, and long-term design visions for products. 
• You have exceptional communication and storytelling skills. 
• You have experience designing and launching impactful products at scale. 
• You have familiarity with working in multidisciplinary teams with Product, Engineering, and Commercial counterparts. 
• You have prior experience in high-growth tech companies and comfortable with rapid changes and ambiguity.
• You have a wide range of skills covering the end-to-end design process, including 3D modeling, texturing, animation, and visual effects. 
• You have proficiency with the latest tools for 3D design and a strong desire to learn new ones, with proficiency in Maya, Cinema 4D, or Blender encouraged. 
• You preferably have degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, or a related field. Portfolio showcasing high-quality, thoughtful 3D design work.
