The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and configure the key elements of live events from conception to execution — including developing concepts and ideas for the event, overseeing operations, directing staff and coordinating technical and production aspects.
• Attend meetings (both physical & virtual)
• Manage schedules, rehearsals, event day
• Prepare proposals, establish connections; knowledge on uploading GeBIZ proposals
• Manage invoices, and other necessary documents for the events
• Manage procurement; must have a contact list of suppliers
• Hold Internal Meetings (Schedule, All Ticketing and Event Information, Logistics)
• Ensure coordination with the following: Artist Management, Event Partners and Vendors, Hotel (Arrival and Departure details), Production Manpower
• Ensure all Event Collaterals (Printable Materials, Passes, Signages, Wrist Tags)
• Find out ticketing information and admission categories
• Draft out transport plan
• Ensure all details are prepared in advance (including photographers, ticketing reporting hour, merch opening hour, wifi, bar and etc)

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 3 years experience in Event Production Management
• You possess strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to set targets, prioritise effectively and make decisions.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong financial acumen.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You have knowledge & 3-4yrs experience in Events Production
• You have proven experience producing small to medium scale events or other pre-recorded materials
• You are knowledgeable in technical aspects
• You have thorough understanding of analytics and the ability to monitor and measure success metrics
• You are able to conceptualize & produce live events
• You are able to work independently, has initiative and passion for the job
