The Job

• Preparation for recruitment needs
• Support Managers in the setting up of internal HR SOP and policies
• Leave Administration
• Preparation of HR Memo
• Processing of Malaysian subsidiaries payroll and related statutory requirements
• Provide support on company secretarial duties
• Assist in organising Annual General Meeting, Board Meetings and other corporate activities
•  Assist in the planning and coordination of Company events
• Oversee Company's IT requirement needs, such as liaising with IT vendor and ensuring IT infrastructure are in place
• Support the Administrative function. 

Ideal Candidate

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or in relevant field of study
• 1 - 2 years’ experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Analytical and strong logical thinker, results orientated
• Systematic and organised, ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
• Self-driven team player, a good listener and good communicator
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in Malaysian Payroll system and advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Chinese to liaise with counterparts
