The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Configure and assist with the key elements of drag events from conception to execution — including developing concepts and ideas for the event, overseeing operations, directing staff and coordinating technical and production aspects.
- Attend meetings (both physical & virtual), manage schedules, rehearsals, event day
- Prepare proposals, establish connections, and manages procurement and other necessary documents for the events
- Hold Internal Meetings (Schedule, All Ticketing and Event Information, Logistics)
- Ensure coordination with the following: Artist Management, Event Partners and Vendors, Hotel (Arrival and Departure details), Production Manpower
- Ensure all Event Collaterals, find out ticketing information and admission categories, draft out transport plan
- Ensure all details are prepared in advance (including photographers, ticketing reporting hour, merch opening hour, wifi, bar and etc).
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 3 years experience in Event Production Management, preferably in Drag and Comedy Shows.
- Proficient, knowledgeable, and passionate about the Drag culture and scene in Singapore, and regional/international.
- You possess strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set targets, prioritize effectively and make decisions.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multitask effectively.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong financial acumen.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You have proven experience producing small to medium scale events or other pre-recorded materials
- You are knowledgeable in technical aspects
- You are able to conceptualize & produce live events
