The Job

Responsibilities:

• Process orders and manage day-to-day administration duties.
• Inventory management
• Listing of products on e-commerce marketplace platforms
• Product and business ideation
• Conducting competitor research and market analysis
• Simple graphic designs
• Assist in current projects
• Assist with replying and providing customer service on the ecommerce platforms
• Other ad hoc duties

Ideal Candidate

Skills:

• Minimum Education Level : Polytechnic Graduate
• Have basic knowledge about E-commerce
• Be willing to learn on the job
• Be a resourceful problem solver and can get things done fast
• Be adaptable to a startup environment
• Be organized and meticulous
• Be highly responsible
• Be proactive in his/her task assigned
• Able to work independently
• Able to communicate with coworkers effectively
• Be a creative individual
• Proficient in MS Excel

• Basic knowledge of E-Commerce platforms
