The Job

You will be responsible for :

 

  • Understanding the market needs and analyzing data to devise and implement processes that optimise retail operations.
  • Identifying and streamlining retail processes to improve store productivity and enhance employee and client experience.
  • Ensuring all projects and policies conform to brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensuring that the retail training and development strategies are deployed effectively.
  • Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and brand consistency.
  • All aspects of planning, budgeting and executive for launching new stores.
  • Identifying potential sites and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Monitoring existing portfolio of stores and making recommendations on renewal, relocation etc.
  • Creating plans with detailed layouts and design and also estimating time, cost and materials requirements.
  • Collaborating with designers, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders with respect to development of stores.
  • Closely monitoring all aspects of the project to ensure launch happens in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.
  • Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules and appointments.

 

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

 

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Retail Operations, Admin Assistant or Retail Development role, ideally within the Consumer industry.
  • You also have good experience in Calendar Management and CRM.
  • You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
