The Job
You’ll lead new-logo acquisition and enterprise growth for VDI/DaaS and cloud workspace solutions across Singapore and APAC.
You’ll own a seven-figure annual quota, build and convert a high-quality pipeline with/through OEM and channel partners, and forecast with precision.
You’ll orchestrate pursuits end-to-end, prospecting, solution positioning, commercial structuring, and closing, while maintaining light-touch account management on won logos (90% hunting / 10% farming).
Expect frequent C-suite engagement, partner co-selling, and tight collaboration with delivery, pre-sales, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hit or exceed an annual USD $1M+ VDI/DaaS new business quota.
- Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline; maintain accurate CRM hygiene and weekly forecasts.
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales: discovery, ROI/TCO modelling, solution shaping, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Co-sell with OEMs (Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, AWS, Google, Accops) and strategic channel partners.
- Drive multi-cloud workspace deals (Azure/AWS/GCP/private cloud) and digital transformation/cloud migration programs.
- Deliver executive presentations, POVs, and business cases; influence complex buying committees.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (pre-sales, delivery, finance, legal) to land scalable, profitable deals.
- Provide structured feedback to product/solutions teams; contribute to repeatable sales plays and collateral.

Ideal Candidate
Must-Haves
- 12–15 years of enterprise sales experience in IT infrastructure / digital workspace (VDI/DaaS) and cloud services (not pure SaaS-only backgrounds).
- Minimum 3 years selling Citrix, VMware, Accops, or Windows Virtual Desktop / Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.
- Proven $1M+ annual VDI sales achievement; strong net-new acquisition track record.
- Deep network with key OEMs/partners and enterprise customers in Singapore/APAC.
- Experience selling digital transformation/cloud migration outcomes.
- Sales mix: ~90% hunting / 10% account management.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and executive presentation skills.
- Prior tenure with major OEMs or top channel/SIs (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google, Citrix, VMware, Accops) is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree; solid understanding of B2B, VDI, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
