The Job

Responsibilities:

• Assist digital operations team to manage online operations:
• Customer Care: Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time, Provide support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media, Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams, Lead or support in customer care related projects, Handle exceptional customer escalations or communications
• Product on-boarding: Shoot and measure merchandise, Edit product images, Upload products
• Order fulfilment
• Merchandise acquisition: Strategies ways to acquire inventory, Processing drop-offs
• Occasional offline store duties: Assist in major offline sale events, Retail stores management, Scheduling for part-time staff, Visual merchandising

Ideal Candidate

• Ideal if can commit to a 6 months period with us
• Undergraduates and graduate students are both welcome to apply
• Must be fluent in English
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office
• Highly organized and has good time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
