The Job

The Digital Lead Generation Marketer will be responsible for securing qualified leads for the Sales team using a mixture of existing contacts, email campaigns, social media and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will mine the Company master database and identify key contacts via various digital channels and platforms. As a creative writer with an excellent repertoire of vocabulary, you will craft highly persuasive and attention-grabbing emails and messages to start conversations and open doors for the sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generate the agreed number of qualified customer leads per day through agreed qualification frameworks (e.g. ChAMP, NOTE or ANUM) and criteria
  • Responsible for leads generation for ongoing marketing and sales promotion campaigns
  • Occasional calling to follow up and qualify leads and new business prospects
  • Develop and execute EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) campaigns, including crafting engaging content, designing visually appealing layouts, and managing distribution lists
  • Work closely with management and Sales team to develop and execute strategies to achieve committed targets (leads and contacts)
  • Develop, implement and evaluate A/B test campaigns to derive the best results for emails campaigns
  • Produce weekly reports on digital lead generation activities to measure effectiveness
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, segmentation, and maintenance of contacts and customer records in the CRM system
  • Utilize external data sources and market research to enrich customer profiles and enhance targeting capabilities
  • Implement data cleansing and validation processes to eliminate duplicate records and ensure data quality

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent English communication, both verbal and written in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Self-confidence and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel are vital
  • Experience with research and a methodical approach to keeping electronic records and maintaining databases
  • Experience in using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms would be advantageous 
  • Experience in designing and building campaign landing pages will be advantageous
  • Excellent skills in building relationships and developing partnerships across multiple stakeholders
  • Proven record of being responsive and innovative
  • Have an adaptable and flexible approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a targeted environment
  • Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and administration skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience as a lead generator working in a marketing / sales environment, would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with relevant experiences and skillsets are welcome to apply
