The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Physical escort for visitors
• Ensuring DC is in standard operation (eg, report if aircon breakdown, DC need to be cooling)
• Perform monitoring, coordinating and reporting of the environmental condition of Server/ Equipment Room:
• Ensuring no unauthorized visitors
• Ensure DC are secured at all times
• Routine check within DC
• Work hours:12 hours rotating shift, work 4 days off 3 days
• Operation: 24x7
• Make sure all the services are monitored and escalated to team lead accordingly if required.
• Make sure to backup tapes are sent and received from Recall
• Escort the vendors during the project & Support phase

Ideal Candidate

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ NiTec /Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree level in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2 -3 Years Experiences in Data Center Operation.
• Pleasant personality.
• Willingness to support and mentor junior staff
• Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
• Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including out of hours working
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
