The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Responding and handling transaction enquiries in a timely manner, escalating issues to the Manager when required
• Managing and resolving any other ad-hoc queries that may arise
• Providing product and service information to clients
• Routing relevant queries to the respective team
• Following up with partners and clients where necessary
• Providing operational admin support

The Profile

• You have a GCE ‘O’ level certification with at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Knowledge and experience in cross border payments industry would be advantageous
• You are able to converse in Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mainland/HK counterparts
• You possess good communication, interpersonal and PR skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications are required
• You have a positive attitude and are willing to take on jobs and assignments
• You are able to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
