The Job

 

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing and managing client portfolio, ensuring client usage satisfaction and expanding utilisation
  • Driving business growth and profitability by maximising value.
  • Analysing customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Holding product demonstrations for customers.
  • Improving onboarding processes and mediating between client’s expectation and product gap.
  • Evaluating and improving tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  • Handling and resolving customer requests and complaints.
  • Minimising customer dropout rate.
  • Providing valuable feedback from customers to improve product design and product development.

 

The Profile

 

  • You have a Degree in Communications or Marketing with at least 2 years experience in a Customer Success or related role.
  • You have strong knowledge of customer success processes and experience in document creation
  • You are highly organised and able to multi-task.
  • You are self-driven with a proactive nature.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You demonstrate leadership qualities and have a passion for service
  • You have high computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • You are a patient and active listener.
