The Job

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive as well as professional attitude towards clients on the phone and email correspondences
• To identify and meet all clients' requirements to achieve expectations upholding our strong reputation
• Opening of job files using in house freight software (Sysfreight) and updating clients account information
• To assist with the preparation of shipping documentations for both sea and air shipments (Bill of Lading and checking of Airwaybill)
• Declaration of customs permits for shipments (candidates without experience training will be provided but for those with Customs Competency Certificate will be an added advantage)
• Co-ordination and clearance of import shipments to ensure smooth delivery of cargoes within the time line set by clients
• Maintain accurate data entry for all shipments and compiling of freight rates when required
• Verifying of vendors invoices pertaining to shipments
• Able to work under minimum supervision however training will be provided.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Aviation, Transport & Logistics.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
