The Job
Key responsibilities areas:
- Monitor daily jobs dispatch to drivers
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure customers' inquiries are attended to.
- Provide advisory to drivers or evaluate changes
- Coordinate between drivers, customers and partners.
- Ensure exceptions are resolved.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties.
Ideal Candidate
Key Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year in Coordination related work experience
- Able to start work in short notice
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
