The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Manage day to day operational activities; liaising and coordinating between stakeholders in the event of motor accidents where repair and maintenance is required
• Ensure operations are compliant with local regulations
• Vendor Management & tending to customers feedback / complaints
• Research information to support other teams and departments as required
• Cost management such as budgeting and cost recovery
• Performing project-based work as assigned
• Manage, keep track of and report on project progress

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• You have at least 1-5 years experience within an automotive industry
• You possess a valid Class 3 License
• You are organised, have good interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and stakeholders
• You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively
• You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You must be contactable by means of hand phone including weekends and PH
