The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Create amazing partnership experience with external stakeholder or prospective employers
  • Onboard employers, build relationships and develop plans to resolve issues
  • Operate the system and input data accurately
  • Solicit feedback from employers, understand pin points and take ownership to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved
  • Take initiative to reach our prospective employers

Ideal Candidate

You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Consulting industry.

  • You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
  • You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales.
  • You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
