The Job

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a company that has a purposeful vision, gets support to forge your own path, and has real responsibilities to be involved in meaningful projects right from the start?

In this role, you will provide full administrative support to the global sales Data & Analytics team, as well as support management with reporting. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Excellence you will be responsible for a range of activities to help drive the business forward and help the team to achieve ambitious sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to support the sales effort of our client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for providing support surrounding Salesforce CRM and ensuring data is clean and up-to-date and that streamlining processes are in place
  • Analysing data from different sources and identifying opportunities in the market and producing reports that identify areas of growth
  • Liaise as necessary with IT and Business stakeholders in order to promote Business-IT project success, including analytical projects
  • Reporting on sales efforts through a Salesforce dashboard, both at the regional level for the APAC team, and generating global reports for sales management and Study Group
  • Supporting the regional directors with their data and analytical needs

  • An eye for detail with the ability to deliver work to a high standard in tight deadlines
  • Demonstrable skills in sales, presentation, and proposal writing
  • Intermediate-Expert skills in MS tools
