The Job

Role Description:

• Engage in the entire customer experience journey across multiple channels, successfully converting enquiries into leads and purchases until delivery, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment to maximise customer satisfaction
• Uncover trends and patterns from our SAP and build a CRM to maximise upsells, cross-sells by reaching out to customers to attain customer delight
• Plan and maintain healthy inventory balance through accurate monitoring, replenishing stock with suppliers, packing products and regular inventory counts
• Work closely with the BizOps Manager to optimise, automate and document refined operational processes to achieve greater accuracy, efficiency and cost savings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams including Fulfilment and Marketing to achieve a collaborative, productive environment and overall business goals

Ideal Candidate

• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Experience in business operations and/or B2B account servicing that requires cross-functional collaboration and small group presentations
• Customer service and inside sales experience will be a bonus
• Proficiency at reporting and analysis software e.g. Microsoft Office (Excel), data visualisation tools
• Positive attitude with strong problem solving skills and a progressive mindset
