We’re looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to join our team and pioneer the BD efforts for our cloud gaming platform. You have a passion for gaming and technology, with experience in the traditional gaming industry being an advantage. You will be the driving force in creating and executing our plan to support our partners in gaming, and guaranteeing their success on the platform. The Job

Your Responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop a strong network of key accounts and partnerships by leading the early stages of client relations, from identifying potential prospects to initial outreach and preliminary partnership discussions
  • Utilize innovative marketing strategies, outreach and segmentation techniques to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Continuously evaluate and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Track and manage all potential client information
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product, including its technical components and those offered by competitors
  • Represent Our Client’s cloud gaming platform in a positive light and drive enthusiasm for the product 
  • Work closely with the developer teams to drive product strategy and ensure success for clients.
  • Build the BD playbook from scratch 
  • Attend conferences and events on behalf of Our Client

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required: 

  • 1-3+ years of experience in enterprise tech, startups, crypto, or the traditional gaming industry
  • Strong interest in technology, gaming, and gaming platforms, with an understanding of cryptocurrencies being an advantage
  • Experience with a CRM system
  • Proactive, open to coaching, and able to make sound decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proven success in leading and driving sales efforts
  • Experience in a sales engineering, solutions architect, or implementation consulting role in the technology field
  • Experience in the traditional gaming industry and/or in software sales 
  • Fluent in English and 1 other language in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region and in order to be able to cover our business requirements in other markets
  • Strong technical knowledge (engineering background a strong plus)
  • Good knowledge of the gaming industry in general and of the crypto gaming platforms in particular.
