Job Description

The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- To assist customers in accident reporting, claims and vehicle repairs.
- To assess vehicle damages and submit estimations to insurance companies.
- To liaise with surveyors, finalization of work and submission of claims.
- To coordinate with Workshop Controller on progression of vehicle repairs .
- To update customer on work progress and collection date.
- To liaise with Car Rental department and facilitate rental car usage for customers.
- To attend and resolve customers’ complaints and feedbacks.
- To build rapport with suppliers and internal customers.
- To conduct visual inspection on vehicle condition before taking in vehicle.
- To perform quality control (QC) checking on vehicle before customer’s collection.
- To provide excellent customer service.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum Nitec 3 in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Possesses a valid class 3 license.
- Willing to perform 5.5 working days.
