The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• This is an Operations role. No teaching involved
• To manage partnerships with funding agencies, accreditation bodies and professional trainers.
• To develop and implement industry-relevant courses that bring about the development and up-skilling of working professionals.
• To oversee the effectiveness of the centre with regards to course delivery and customer service.
• To liaise closely with other stakeholders on matters such as marketing and promotion, fee collection, enrolment, scheduling and course delivery conduct, attendance tracking, filing for funding support, release of assessment results and statutory reporting.
• To gather feedback (such as conducting customer service survey) in order to evaluate/review and seek to continuously improve to performance of the centre.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Experience in course administration such as course scheduling, liaising with trainers and attendance tracking.
• Familiar with various government grants and associated policies
• SSG Skills Framework
• Good time management
• Good IT and MS Office skills
• Good inter-personal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Passionate personality, friendly and enjoy working with people
• Good attitude towards service quality
• Managing a training centre
• Course administration encompassing workflows for enrolment, course scheduling and fee collections.
• Course/Statutory filing and reporting
• Some experience in using student management and learning systems
