The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Finance Manager in all aspects of finance operations;
  • Reviewing monthly management report and audit schedules prepared by the Accountants;
  • Preparing the Group consolidation package, quarterly financial results announcements, and annual report;
  • Planning of the Group monthly cash flow forecast;
  • Supervising of finance team in Singapore and other regions;
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors, corporate secretary and tax agent;
  • Preparing annual budgets and cash flow projection;
  • Reviewing payments prepared before routing for approvals;
  • Performing all other duties as assigned and required

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • You are a Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
  • You have at least 4 to 7 years of relevant accounting experiences and / or audit experiences.
  • You have the ability to learn, work and solve problems independently within time constraints.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • You have knowledge of ERP accounting software is an advantage, SAGE 300.
  • You are a proactive person, positive attitude and able to work independently.
  • You are able to work well under pressure and able to cope with tight deadlines.
  • You have proficiency in English and Mandarin to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
  • You have the ability to commence work immediately or within short notice period.
