The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor advertising campaigns from start to finish;
  • Optimize campaign execution to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Generate weekly and end campaign reports;
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical issues related to incoming campaigns;
  • Ensure smooth campaign processes and timely delivery by collaborating with stakeholders;
  • Keep key stakeholders including clients and account teams updated on campaign and account level performance via regular reporting and status meetings;
  • Liaise with any 3rd Party vendors (Double verify, Toluna, XPLN) as and when the campaign requires;
  • Execute additional tasks related to ad campaign management.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Advertising Operations or a related field;
  • Excellent knowledge of programmatic advertising;
  • Strong proficiency in Pubmatic, Google Ad Manager, and Xandr (knowledge of other SSPs and/or DSPs is a plus);
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills in an international and multicultural environment;
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Curiosity and quick learning ability for new tools and platforms;
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • An analytical mindset to optimize campaign performance;
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva for some simple creative work will be a bonus.
