Administrative Assistant (2 Months Contract)

You will be responsible for :
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Manging scanning, uploading and filing of relevant documents
- Compiling and ensuring that all documents are in place in preparation for the operations team.
- Checking of stocks with suppliers
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties as assigned
- No experience is required for the role.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
