The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Account Manager is responsible to develop, monitor and manage the assigned portfolio of brands and merchants, achieving margin and targets through establish strong key account relationships with a focus on supporting the partners in developing and attaining their business goals with the platform.
• Through his engagement with customer enquiries and feedback, he is responsible on the management of portfolio pricing competitiveness, product assortment, stock availability, retail buys of brands, negotiation of promotion deals to support customer acquisition and retention.

• You have at least 1 year experience
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
