Our client is an established firm creating and operating games with fun and fulfilling experiences across various platforms.

The Job

In this role, you will be involved in all HR functions including Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development and welfare activities. You will be expected to provide weekly reports to Japan HQ while driving company core values across the organization.

You will be responsible for :

• Managing Singapore payroll and adhering to payroll policies and local regulations
• Handling statutory submissions (eg. CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Make-up Pay Claims)
• Managing e-leave system and tracking employee leave entitlement and benefits
• Working with the HR team in Philippines for payroll and other administrative matters
• Ensuring all HR related matters are resolved in a timely manner, escalating issues to HQ when required
• Assisting in implementing human resource policies, procedures and systems
• Supporting ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

The Profile

• You are a diploma holder in Human Resource Management with at least 5 years experience or a degree holder with minimum 3 years experience in HR
• Prior experience in payroll required, experience using Timesoft is an added advantage
• You have excellent interpersonal and communicative skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
• You are a proactive and assertive team player
• You exude confidence with excellent leadership and organisational skills
