The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Resolving escalated issues and ensuring strong customer service levels are met in line with Company objectives.
• Developing plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction along with other internal stakeholders.

The Profile

• You ideally have some year experience in B2B sales/ account management or Customer Service, with expertise in Direct Sales.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You have the willing to learn attitude to be trained to be a strong mentor and coach who can in return train to duplicate and build high performing teams
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong team player who can eventually manage multiple trainees, roles and responsibilities
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel if required.
