The Job
In this role, you will serve as a brand enthusiast for the company's products/solutions and drive activities to establish new commercial client relationships within the SMEs Market and assigned territory.
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Making outbound calls to potential clients and researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Building a pipeline that supports assigned new business goals of the region.
- Converting new business opportunities within assigned leads generated using a consultative sales approach.
- Closing new business consistently at or above quota level.
- Following up on highly qualified leads at small and mid-sized companies.
- Building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
- Working collaboratively with the Lead generation personnel to execute sales strategy.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
The Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales/ account management role, within a Technology or innovative online product environment, ideally within the Fintech industry.
- You have expertise in Direct Sales and experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
- You have experience working with small business owners selling to SMEs markets across Southeast Asia
- You have hands-on experience with Sales automation, ideally HubSpot.
- You have demonstrated track record of producing and exceeding their goals.
- You have exceptional closing skills.
- You are a highly focused individual with strong work ethics.
- You have tons of energy, passion, humour, compassion, and enthusiasm.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
