Position Overview: We are seeking a lively and physically strong Photobooth Assistant (Part-Time) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in coordination, and operational support for large-scale events.
Progression: Regular part-timers who have performed well in their role will be offered a managerial full-time opportunity as we look to expand the business. Future roles include operation management, event planning and sales & business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup, teardown and moving of photo booth and equipment
- Load and unload photobooth and equipment on and off the van
- Assist in inventory management for events and daily operations
- Facilitate photo taking process and assist our esteemed guests with the machine at events
- Coordinating logistics and transportation for events and liaising with event POC on site
