Smilepoint Dental Centre – Healthcare Intern

You will be examined by experienced dentists and oral health professionals who are dedicated to provide comprehensive expert care. Our modern treatment rooms are well appointed with the most advanced equipment to ensure the highest quality in oral care and attention just for you and your family. 

What do you need to do

• Performing Front desk duties such as greeting customers, scheduling of appointments, attending to queries & complaints via phone, email or general correspondence.
• Collecting payment and submitting dental claims via CHAS, Medisave or Insurance portals.
• Performing other administrative duties

What do you need to have:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Possess good communication skills
• Must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun)
