Job Description

What You Will Do

 

Elevate Patient Experience: Act as the face of the clinic, managing the end-to-end patient journey from high-touch check-ins to post-treatment follow-ups.

Business Operations: Assist the Management Team in optimizing clinic workflows

Marketing & Outreach: Support our digital presence by helping manage social media content or patient referral programs.

Financial Administration: Learn the ropes of healthcare billing, insurance claims processing, and daily financial reconciliation.

Special Projects: Take ownership of one "Efficiency Project" (e.g., implementing a new booking system or revamping the waiting lounge experience).
